So Revaluate identified some suspicious contacts in your database what now?
What are suspicious contacts?
Revaluate identifies suspicious contacts in your account based on a number of factors including: other real estate professionals, vendors in the industry, support and receipt type emails, spammy emails ([email protected]), or emails with profanity.
We check all your contact's emails when you first import them and then continue to check all new contact's that get added over time.
Why do I have a task for this?
Many people don't know or forget clean these up over time. We do a weekly check for any suspicious contacts in your account and if we find any, we create a task to remind you to delete them to keep your database in tip-top shape.
How do I delete my suspicious contacts?
Okay, let's get this junk cleaned up. First navigate over to your contacts page: http://revaluate.com/contacts From the "Standard Filters" button above the table, click that and choose "Suspicious Contacts". That will filter the list down to just your suspicious contacts.
Now click the checkbox that is in the header row of the table in the upper left corner. That will select all suspicious contacts. You will now see some buttons in the lower left hand side of the table. Click the "Delete Selected" button.
Click "Ok" on the confirmation window that pops up and that's it. Your suspicious contacts are now cleaned up.
